As a part of forskningsdagene, Edulia and Nofima will organise a seminar which investigate and discuss current knowledge on children and childrens food choice in relation to the food enivorment, including

  • food taste and texture
  • taste sensitivity
  • sensory education and training
  • communication
  • policy making
